Description:
Activity in Picking & Shelving is increasing to the point where we need some ability to select and filter the items on screen to allow for posting. All of the enhancement functionality listed below pertains to the Picking and Shelving screen: 1. Add a “Requested By” column on the right half of the screen 2. The program already allows selection of multiple rows for posting by using the Windows Shift+Click technology to select consecutive rows of data. Add the ability to select multiple rows using the Windows Control+Click technology, which will allow selecting of non consecutive and/or consecutive rows of data for posting. 3. When first displayed, the rows are sorted by “Req Id”. Add the ability to sort the rows by any of the columns on the right hand side (i.e. Type, Required On, Deliver To, Attention of, AND the new “Requested by”). After redisplaying the newly sorted data, allow the user to select rows for posting per existing functionality and new Control+Click technology from item 2 above. 4. When first displayed, rows of data are displayed for all requests. Add the ability to filter the rows displayed by any of the data types represented by columnar data on the right hand side (i.e. filter by Type, Attention of, Deliver To, Required On Date Range, and new “Requested by”). After displaying the newly filtered data, allow the user to select rows for posting per existing functionality and new Control+Click technology from item 2 above. Also allow the user to sort the newly filtered data per the sorting functionality from item 3 above.
