Description:
Various users are periodically getting errors of three types when saving WOs and WRs: 1) Occasionally our users get the message "Error committing the eqhistory id" when they click the "Save" button on newly created work orders. 2) Occasionally our users get the message "Error updating work order record in the 4Site database. Invalid column name lblWoUpCount" when they click the "Save" button on newly created WOs. 3) Occasionally various users get an hourglass when they click on "Save" to save a newly entered WO or WR. This same symptom occurs occasionally when doing WO lookups, especially by wildcard. SQL investigations have revealed that then this occurs, there seems to be a resource locked or in use by one user. If we have that user log out of the application, the other user's usually recover.
