Web App: Attachment error when title contains "#" character
Symptoms:
Web Application - Attachments When an attachment name contains "#" sign, the web application returns an error page when a user tries to view the attachment even though the web application successfully uploads the attachment to the requisition.
Solution:
The # character (as with many other special characters) in an attachment's filename prevents Internet Explorer from finding the file on the server. To overcome this problem, special characters in the file name are converted into a format that is acceptable to the web browser.
