Enhancement Description:
Add a column to the equipment table to allow sorting equipment children within a parent. This would allow an equipment to be moved from one area of the hierarchy to another and placed in a specific position in the new hierarchy.
Solution:
A numeric position column has been added to the equipment table. On entry of a new equipment, the position field may be entered to force children of an equipment parent to be sorted in a particular order, regardless of equipment id.
