Symptoms:
The problem is on the Change Password screen from CC - either the password expired or the user wants to change their password You can tab through any fields including the "Retype Password" one. You can mouse click on any field except that field. The reason is that Retype is disabled until the "New Password" gets a lost focus (ie. tab off or click on another enabled field).
Solution:
I enabled the txtRetypePassword field and you can now mouse click or tab. I may have been disabled from when this screen was used in Security. You can't really Retype the new password until you enter it anyway so there doesn't seem to be any problem with it always being enabled.
