Purchase line items not printing when requisition added to existing PO

Line does not print on purchase order.
Symptoms:
Consider the following scenario: 1. An existing PO is reversioned. 2. A PR line with a delivery address other than the address on the PO header is added to the PO with the copy shipping option turned on. (ie. shipping not same as on PO header) 3. The added line does not appear on the PO change report.
Solution:
On poline form, hide the “Deliver to - Same as Header” checkbox and set the default value to checked. ie. PO lines created default delivery destinateion to be same as PO header. To change line delivery, a shipping segment must be added on the PO line. Also, the POprint and POChange DB procs were revised to include on the corresponding reports, lines copied to a reversioned PO from a PR that has a delivery address other than the PO header and whose delevery segment is checked to be copied to the PO line.
