Hi-Level Approver Enters Lo-Value Req Which Gets Routed to Approval0
Symptoms:
A high level approver entered a document for a small amount and the document required approval. Since it was a high level approver entering, it was thought that the document wouldn't need approval.
Solution:
When filtering the expected steps for a route, all approval steps are now kept until the final filtering phase. This helps determine if the originator is one of the approvers on the route regardless of value.
