VO - can't scroll voucher costing if > 3 PO costing lines
Symptoms:
The client had 6 way split costing on the PO line on one PO and 9 way on another. They wanted to change one of the percentages but the scroll bar won't scroll to show more than the first three lines.
Solution:
There is a Microsoft bug with the scroll bar in this type of situation when a vertical scroll bar is controlling more than 1 grid. It keeps resetting TopRow to 1 once you go beyond the displayable lines. No solution I found on the web fixed it so I expanded the size of the grid instead.
