Service Accruals Bugs
Symptoms:
The add service accrual journal entry button is not enabled if no service accrual entries already exist.
Solution:
The New button has been enabled if no current entries exist. The sa_adjust column has been moved from the svaccrue table to the svline table. Posting is disabled if the accrual journal entry has no lines.
