Symptoms:
1. List of voucher batches doesn't include those that are posted yet not paid. Only lists batches that are 'ready to post'. 2. Of the batches that are 'ready to post' it also lists ones with no posted vouchers. This is useless since the vouchers can't be paid. 3. Changing the 'To Pay Date' doesn't refresh the list of voucher batches. 4. Changing the 'To Pay Date' or 'Vo Batch' doesn't refresh the grid automatically - you have to click Refresh.
Solution:
1. List batches that are status 'P' and 'C'. 'P' - ready to post - batches are still included because they could have some posted vouchers and some unposted. Status 'C' is all posted vouchers. 2. It also checks to make sure that the vostatus = 'P' (closed unpaid) so only batches with vouchers able to be paid are shown. 3. Changing the 'To Pay Date' will refresh the list of batches. It was doing it only if the user typed in the date, and not if they picked it from the lookup. 4. The grid will automatically refresh if the date or batch are changed.
