PR/PO copy uses the copied doc's tax code rate not current rates
Symptoms:
The GST rates changed as of July 1, 2006. If you copy a PR or PO created prior to that the lines on the new PR/PO retain the original tax code/version and rates. Could user be warned and put the onus on them to check into which is the right one to use.
Solution:
Use the most recent version of the default taxcode (max(vers)) on the tax table instead of the taxcode version stored on the source document (pr or po) line.
