Contractor Management doesn't enforce upper case in non-numeric WO#s
Symptoms:
The transactions get created OK, as do the vocost, contractortime and contractormaterial records, other than the WO # was mw8000 not MW8000. The problem appears in the EQ app when querying costs for a cost center or EQ. The WO shows up twice, once as mw8000 and again as MW8000.
Solution:
Add code to force work order to upper case when saving.
