Adding new tax code may cause PO application to crash.
Symptoms:
When adding Tax codes with the Stay on Save option on, the application may freeze intermittently.
Solution:
Analysis showed that the application would consistently freeze (enter an infinite loop) if: 1. The Stay on Save option is on; 2. After saving a tax code, the user clicks on the account line before setting focus to any other control on the form.
