Have the option of making PO Prefix mandatory.
Enhancement Description:
Add ability to make PO Prefix field a mandatory entry.
Solution:
A covalue entry, POPREFIXMAND, will be examined to determine if entry of the po prefix field should be forced. (value of "Y") If the entry does not exist or is set to "N", the code will act as it currently does. This patch contains a database script to load the covalue entry into the database with a default value of 'N' if it does not exist already. This feature was installed as part of patch 40.007.005 and was extended to vouchers, bids and reorders. A small bug was also fixed in purchase orders.
