EFT file did not create properly.

Symptoms:
Checkwriter did not correctly create all lines in the EFT file for checks paying over 20 vouchers. Also, need a way to lower the number of vouchers printed on a check stub.
Solution:
Checkwriter's EFT creation now handles the case for checks with more than 20 vouchers. Also, a new option was added to Checkwriter to set the number of vouchers diaplyed on a check stub. This option can be set through the Options form and is stored in a Codes value.
