Changing PO line uom doesn't change receiving uom
Symptoms:
Client changed the PO line uom from EA to LO. When receiving, the uom still show as EA. (When the uom is changed on the PO line the receiving units are not updated - the user must click the Unit Conversions button on the poline form and make the adjustments.
Solution:
Final decision was to cause a click event on the poline Unit Conversion button, if the units field was changed. The user can then adjust the receiving units, conversion factor and receiving allowance.
