CK102 - Check Reg by CostCode-totals wrong if VO has both dr/cr lines
Symptoms:
The voucher amount per costcode is calculated by line amount x dr/cr from the vohdr. If the voucher has a mixture of dr & cr lines this logic is wrong. Use the line's dr/cr indicator instead.
Solution:
Calculate vo amount and vo discount values based on voline.drcr indicators instead of vohdr.drcrind - critical if voucher has both cr and dr lines. - Also, adjusted line and discount calculation formulas to ditribute line discounts proportionally across multiple voucher lines to balance line totals and to make report more readable (previously did not match check register report (CK101), and did not apply discounts correctly).
