PR-PO copy picks the wrong version of the tax code for poline
Symptoms:
The change to always use the highest version of the tax code when creating a PO from a PR has a problem. It is getting the highest version in the tax table not the highest version for that particular taxcode.
Solution:
Add code to retrieve the latest version of the tax code on the prline from the tax table and use that version to create the new poline.
