Stock item was physically deleted even though it had 1 rct and 1 issue
Symptoms:
Client had a stock PO that was received. The stock qoh was issued out. Then someone physically deleted the stock. They tried to enter the voucher - couldn't because the PO's stocid didn't exist
Solution:
The delete of the stock warehouse checks for transactions but only gives the user a warning that cost details will no longer be accessible. It should outright stop them and tell them to set the stock and/or warehouse to inactive.
