Voucher app doesn't cleanup contractor mgmt records if voucher cancel
Symptoms:
A user reverse posted, then canceled some vouchers created by Contractor Management. When they did that the contractvoucher, contractormaterial and contractortime tables still had the void and line. The Cancel Voucher option in CM is only to cancel prior to posting in VO since CM doesn't post/unpost. Their vouchers were posted. So they had to cancel the vouchers in the Voucher application.
Solution:
Code has been added to the Cancel Voucher operation to clean up contractor management records, if the voucher originated in the Contractor Management module.
