Run time error in Vouchers.
Symptoms:
The new voucher line (no PO) button was not being enabled properly when the voucher was matched to a blanket PO so this problem was fixed. Also, if the first voucher in a batch had an invalid account / expense element combination the program would crash.
Solution:
The new voucher line (no PO) button is now correctly enabled in the case of a blanket PO. The cause of the Vouchers program crash was handled as well.
