Create a Positive Pay file from CheckWriter in a fixed format.
Symptoms:
Need to be able to create the positive pay file with the batch ID as its file name. This will make it easier to find the positive pay file for a particular batch.
Solution:
A Codes flag, POSPAYNAME, will determine the name used when creating the positive pay file. Also, the positive pay file reports were changed to handle the cases of checks that had over 20 vouchers.
