Don't allow control accounts to be inactivated if they are being used
Symptoms:
Put a check in the Inactive code in the accounts application. If it's a control account and the account is in use, do not let the user set it to inactive.
Solution:
This change will check control accounts to see if they are in use before letting the user deactivate an account.
