4Site startup program fails on Vista
Enhancement Description:
When Vista users try to launch 4Site after the installation, the following error is displayed: Registration of c:\windows\system32\oc30.dll failed with error:5
Solution:
With the introduction of User Access Control (UAC) in Vista, the regular 4Start launcher may need to elevate its privilegs so that it can register necessary files. This is now done in a second executable called 4SETUP.exe. Vista will automatically recognize this executable as an installation program and will request that security elevation be granted before continuing.
