Check for open PO's when closing WO reports wrong work order #.
Symptoms:
Closing work order MW2006-14 to accounting reports that it is referenced on PO 103696. The costing on this po is actually work order MW2006-143
Solution:
The check for open PO's looks for in the po costing for work orders using a wild card. The search for "MW2006-14%" pulls up the PO for "MW2006-143" incorrectly. This has been fixed to search for "MW2006-143 %" (space-padded to 12 characters) instead.
