Error Trap Clipboard.clear method

Cutting and pasting journal entry line description may terminate app
Symptoms:
Repeatedly cutting and pasting a description on to journal entry lines may result in a run time error and termination of the application.
Solution:
This problem is only apparent when running 4Site applications on a terminal server. An error trap has been added around the cut and paste opertions to catch any errors associated with the clipboard.
