JV Details report doesn't sort line numbers - come out in random order

Journal Entry Report cuts off work order numbers.
Symptoms:
If the JV has more than 9 lines the JV Details report shows the lines in random order. It also truncates the WO# and account name
Solution:
Add a sort by jvline to the sort order. Stretch the WO# field and add 'can grow' to the account name. I also stretched the title of the Month report to show letters below the baseline.
