VO - can't change costing on the Release screen. Acct not found
Symptoms:
I entered a voucher against a blanket PO which brings up the Release PO screen. I tried to change the costing and got an error "No account found matching A01-300-4000-4000-001) in organization A (lblDivOuid). Yet the account was valid. I could not type in an account nor pick one from the lookup. I could change it if I left the header as is and changed the costing when entering the line.
Solution:
The frmMdi(giTag).lblDivouid was not being setup when a new release PO was being created. It now sets it up in "New" mode only; in "Change" mode you can't change anything.
