Timesheet line change overrides import values.
Symptoms:
On the timesheet import, the import file can include an expense element that overrides the expense element determined by the trade. In this case, the trades in the database have a blank expense element. All timesheets are added using the import option and the import specifies the trade. The problem arose when a work order status value was in error. Attempting to edit the timesheet line, generated the error, "Invalid Expense element".
