EqType change doesn't modify Equipment's EqType column value
Symptoms:
When changing the value of an equipment type eg changing "Cars" to "Car", the equipment type column on the equipment record is not modified producing an equipment record with an equipment type which does not exist. Similarly the eqtypecode records are not being updated.
Solution:
The previous value of the equipment type is now passed to the update module so all equipment and eqtypecode records can be updated when the eqtype record is updated.
