Equipment KPI's - cannot select pervious year.
Symptoms:
When picking dates for equipment KPI analysis, the only selection is This year or Last year. It would be useful to change this to a pull down of years.
Solution:
Changed the combo box containing this year and last year to contain the last 10 years
