Equipment lookup does not show all organizations
Symptoms:
Consider the following: Run the PM program application and click new PM program. On the New PM Program window, click the lookup button next to the Location/System/Equipment text box. On the subsequent Equipment Lookup window, the pane in the lower left lists organizations. In this case, organization 022 is missing from the list.
Solution:
Removed use of the eqorg table. Used "select chartid, eqid from equipment where eqparent=''" instead
