PM program may create duplicate work orders
Symptoms:
If a Create PM Work Orders job is run more than once a day, and there are triggers for a task for that day, then a work order for that day trigger will be created for each run.
Solution:
When a date trigger generates a work order, a check has been added to see if a work order already exists for that same day of the same year.
