Project reports
Enhancement Description:
Add a comprehensive Project Cost Report.
Solution:
This report lists each of the selected top-level project’s month-to-date, year-to-date, project-to-date, budget and balance remaining as of a selected date. The report lists all top-level projects in a selected range of projects. Within each project are listed its subprojects, work orders and tasks and their values. The primary sort order is by project. Totals are provided for project, sub project and work order with a grand total for all selected projects. The report is requested from a Reports menu in the 4Site Projects application. Clicking this menu starts the 4Site RunJob application, which requests the report parameters and creates the report. The report may also be requested directly from the runjob application.
