VoQuery incorrectly reports acccounts for multi task WO
Symptoms:
The voucher query app is returning the wrong account when there is a multitask work order involved.
Solution:
Both the voucher query application and voucher detail report were using task 0000 to find the cost account. In some cases this returns the wrong account when a work order has multiple tasks which may be costed differently. The code has been modified to use the proper task number when getting the cost account.
