Codes entries missing from the Empty script
Symptoms:
The empty scrips are missing some older Codes DEFAULTS entries.
Solution:
I added the following entries. Note: the Oracle version does not have the cheque writer ones. The script checks to see if it exists and if it does it skips that install. If not then it installs it with the default. No questions are asked since these are not being installed with their normal patches. I also chose to check for any org ie. not chartid = '*'. So as long as it exists for any org it will be left as is. The script also inserts a covalue 11 record with an explantion of what the entry is. The entries and the default are: Entry Default Description ------------------------------------ CHGRTN Y can chg repair spare price when returning to stock in Spares & Turn. CHGSCRAP Y can chg repair spare price when scrapping stock in Spares & Turn. FRMPERORGCHQ N Y=multico site has separate PO form for each org FRMPERORGPO N Y=multico site has separate CK100 form for each org OVERIDE_REPAIRAC N Y=ignore Install table value for REPAIRACCT for this org. Used so that most orgs/companies can be setup to use the repair account. One company can ignore it. PWD_ENFORCE N Y=enforce strong named passwords SP_RTNPRICE_DEF I Spares & Turnarounds. Where does the default return to stock price come from: I=issue price R=repair PO price TAKEDISCDAYS 0 For Cheque Writer. This number is added to the discount period to extend it.
