Disallow or limit delete of person record. Should set to inactive
Symptoms:
Michelle couldn't query some vouchers in VO Query. The error message was "Voucher 00000341 not found. Call Support". The cause of this problem was that the person who had entered the voucher had been deleted from the persons table using the Persons application. When gathering the information to display a voucher, the application was using the person id on the voucher record to join to the person table to get the person's full name. Because no person record existed, no records were returned, resulting in the message, "Voucher not found".
Solution:
The Persons application has been changed so that a person record is not physically deleted from the database, but is flagged as inactive.
