When using MS Fax Supplier Insurance Letters do not fax.
Symptoms:
When running the Insurance Expiry Letters job the error "fSupIns.BuildAttachement: There is a printer error." occurs.
Solution:
This error is occurring since MS Fax is being used and the Insurance Expiry Letters application has not been upgraded to use MS Fax. This patch upgrades the Insurance Expiry Letters application to use MS Fax.
