JV import doesn't import lines with comma's in the numbers
Symptoms:
Ability to import from files containing lines with numbers that have commas and/or quotation marks(") around them.
Solution:
By removing any extra quotation marks from the Amount as it is read in from the input file, conversion to a real number succeeds and the line can be successfully imported.
