SQL 2005 passwords are case-sensitive
Symptoms:
After upgrading to SQL Server 2005, 4Iste users can no longer log in to the database.
Solution:
Prior to SQL Server 2005, database passwords were not case sensitive. 4Site login modules contained code that took the user input for password and converted the input to lower case. If a user tried to log in to 4Site with a mixed case password when running under SQL Server 2005, the login would fail. The 4Site login routines have been changed to remove the conversion of entered password into lower case.
