Work requests are saved with blank id
Symptoms:
A user wanted to force the entry of a user defined key for work requests, so deleted the system assigned key reference from the Key Formats table. Attempting to add a new work request resulted in the creation of a work request with a blank key.
Solution:
When editing the entry of a user defined key, the edits did not store the key in the variable that was used to add the record to the database. This has been corrected in this patch.
