Entire price book can be deleted.
Symptoms:
A price book with all of its classes and items disappeared from a database, despite checks to ensure that all its items have to be deleted before a class can be deleted and that all classes and items have to be deleted before a book can be deleted.
Solution:
The logic in the test for existing books and classes was faulty and allowed a book with no classes but with child items to be deleted. This logic has been fixed.
