Symptoms:
When entering or copying a purchase order that has the Create Work Order Resources flag checked, the sequence numbers on the resources are not correct. This would result in the wrong information being returnd for the selected resource. Also, a resource will not be created if the Pricebook supplier does not exist. Lastly, the PR copy does not work for Oracle clients.
Solution:
This reworks the way the create purchase order resource procedure to generate the sequence numbers properly without requiring that the Pricebook item's price record has been set up. The PR copy form has been corrected to support Oracle.
