Filter projects with no WOs from appearing on Project Cost report.
Enhancement Description:
When the Project Cost report is run for projects with open work orders only, many projects are displayed which do not have any work orders attached.
Solution:
In order to conserve paper projects with no work orders are no longer displayed on the report when the open work orders only option is chosen.
