Add default packing slip to delivery ticket
Enhancement Description:
Client asked if we could add the packing slip to the Delivery Ticket.
Solution:
The default packing slip is available in the report so I added that. If they want the one on the individual lines that will have to be an enhancement because the info isn't available.
