posrc PO and VO records missing for releases created from vouchers
Symptoms:
The total value of releases doesn't agree to the total dollars spent against the blanket. The blanket amount is higher. Also, not all releases are showing if you use the PO browse.
Solution:
The problem was missing posrc records. The blanket totals were correct. But since the posrc PO and VO records were missing not all releases were shown. The way to make the bug happen was: - enter a voucher to a non-blanket PO and save. It creates a posrc type PN (person) - change the voucher header to a blanket PO and save. It only updates the PN posrc records. The logic was that you can't change the blanket PO so you wouldn't have to change the posrc for it. I changed it to check if it wasn't a blanket to start with but it is now, then create the PO and VO posrc records.
