Project Cost Report displaying incorrectly

Project Cost Report not showing undetailed costs budget amounts.
Symptoms:
The budget amount for projects is showing zero even though work orders with undetailed costs amounts are costed to the project.
Solution:
A correction was made to the sql which gets the undetailed costs from the work orders.
