Can't add new bank account on new database
Symptoms:
New organization was being setup. Previously, the SYSTEM assigned format for baccid had been deleted and replaced with a USER defined format. Since baccid is the internal bank number it requires a SYSTEM only format. When a user tried to enter a new bank account she got the error "Problem inserting rcd on table bkaccnt"
Solution:
There had been a SYSTEM format when the system was installed. So sometime after the install the system assigned format for bank/bank account identifier must've been deleted. I put a check in the code so that if it doesn't get the SYSTEM format it displays an error message telling the user it is missing and to call us, then it exits.
