PM treat work as closed when status "70 = Complete"
Symptoms:
A work order with a staus of "Completed" should be considered "not open" by Preventive Maintenance when determining if another work order should be created by the "If last task still open" setting of a trigger.
Solution:
The Preventive Maintenance program will now consider work order statuses of "Closed to Maintenance", "Closed to Accounting", and "Completed" to be closed/not open when determining if a task is overdue and whether another work order should be generated.
