Enhancement Description:
Contractor Management Security Customization and add fiscal controls. Microsoft SQL Server only.
Solution:
Added a Mobile Security form to the existing Security application that allows system administrators to tailor security for each user. Modified Contractor Management to enable/disable form controls based on above settings. Fixed rounding issue causing out-of-balance vouchers when generating vouchers out of contractor management. Modified Contractor Management to limit time and materials to dates within the contract's effective and expiry dates. Modified Contractor Management to limit vouchers to not exceed the contract amount and to display the vouchered amount on the Create Vouchers form. Modified the Contractor Management Overview report (issued via fsRunJob) to include effective date, expiry date, contract amount and vouchered amount.
